Sherpa° solutions offer a variety of optional features that you can enable or disable depending on your needs and those of your users.
When new features become available, a new article will be published here in the help center under Feature Releases. You may also hear about new features directly from your sherpa° Partner Success Manager, our social media, or another partner of ours. However you hear about it, if it can help you in your integration of sherpa° solutions, we want to enable it for you.
To get a feature enabled in either of the embeddable widgets (Trip Element or Map Element) or the WebApp, simply contact your Partner Success Manager letting them know which feature you're looking to enable. They may have some additional questions for you to ensure we get the right configuration to meet your needs. They can also answer any additional questions you may have about this new feature or others that are not covered in our help center articles.
