There are several possible causes:
- Please ensure you are using the correct API Key. The Production Key and Sandbox Key are different. For more information on this, see How do I move from Sandbox to the Production environment?
- This may also be caused by an issue with the local machine. Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page.
- We are aware of an issue where your credentials may expire from our hosting platform. If you have tried Steps 1 & 2 above and it still is not working, please submit ticket to Partner Support.
